Problem:
This issue has been reported to Quality Engineering as SPR #JCHN6D8HNF and has
been fixed in Domino 6.5.5 and 7.0.1. Refer to the Upgrade Central site for
details on upgrading Notes/Domino.

SPR# JCHN6D8HNF - Added a link to convert from the bin dir.
Prior to release 6.5.5, the convert task was not linked to the lotus/bin
directory. Domino tasks have a soft link from Domino's executable directory to
the tools/startup script, located in the lotus/bin directory. This allows
access to libnotes.so and libnotes_r.a. As a workaround, manually create a
soft link from the executable to the lotus/bin directory. More >
